For all orders & shipments Track & Trace information will be provided.

What are the shipping costs?

Different shipping costs apply to different destinations and prices are also effected by the weight of the product. 

When can I expect my order?

This depends mainly on the shipping destination. In our experience, most orders are delivered according to the schedule below.

Do you have a cut-off moment, at which orders are shipped faster?

Cut-off time is 14:00 (Amsterdam time) on weekday for shipments. This means that orders placed after this time are shipped the next day.

Has my order been shipped?

When we ship your order you'll receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail or text-message (SMS) - whichever one is supplied during the checkout - which includes a track & trace number. This can be used to track delivery of your item(s). 

What is the current state of my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging into your BB Interior account on our website. Once the order is fulfilled, you will receive an email containing a Track & Trace number, through which you can track when your shorts will arrive.

What is your return & exchange policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your products, it can be exchanged/returned within 30 days of purchase in case the product is clean, unused, undamaged, and in the original box.

In case of an exchange, we will ship you your new order for free. In case of a return, you will get a 100% refund of the purchase price of the returned product(s).

Shipping cost from your destination back to The Netherlands are paid for by the customer and will not be compensated by BB Interior.
